Toast of the Town, Project MEND’s signature event, honors a community member or agency dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities. Project MEND is humbled to honor the late Commissioner, Paul Elizondo, for his lifetime commitment to the people of Bexar County and firm belief in the mission of Project MEND. Through his legacy, we are fulfilling a critical need in our community.
