We do not accept oxygen or respiratory supplies, used mattresses, or single use medical supplies (tubing, insulin, gauze, supplements, ostomy, urology, wound care, etc).

Please fill out the form below and select the item(s) you have for donation. We will contact you to schedule a pickup. The average pickup time is 1-2 weeks.

Project MEND is only able to offer donation pick up services in San Antonio Texas and surrounding counties.
